A handsome gold and malachite zodiac pendant by Van Cleef and Arpels. The 2 1/4″ pendant (without bale) sports a malachite disk mounted with a gold ram for Aries ( March 21- April 19). Vibrant and lively ,Malachite is stone said to protect against negative energies. Good to know! This piece is a wonderful iconic example of 1970’s jewelry. Looks great on a neck-wire or a long chain.
